A recent hot topic in the NAPS office, and amongst clients, has been sibling prep (hi baby Silver 3.0). On this week\u2019s episode, Emily takes the wheel to discuss the complexities of transitioning to life at home with a newborn, in addition to the rest of your family. Adjusting to being a family of 4 or more is difficult because we have nothing to truly compare it to (and this is before you factor in your baby's temperament/personality). A new family member brings along new experiences and requires resetting your expectations.

Jamie and Emily share their experiences, tips, tricks, and validate the fact that transitioning as a growing family is hard for everyone that is involved. As a reminder, this transition is only temporary and also really difficult.
