Invictus - Find Your Meaning in Life
Recently, I was asked to speak at a Rotary Club meeting. The messages I shared was on the subject of \u201cfinding meaning in life"... "living a life of meaning and fulfillment." Walt Disney on his death bed was a great example of living with purpose. Later in the speech, I shifted gears and talked about the leadership principle of \u201c rewarding the effort\u201c rather than the end result alone. What does it mean to be a force for good?
