News On The Flipside Guest Writers of the Future winner, Jason Palmatier & John Goodwin is here for the podcast awards STATE COLLEGE AUTHOR HONORED AT HOLLYWOOD AWARDS GALA Featured in New Release State College, Pennsylvania author Jason Palmatier is a winner in the L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future Contest and was honored along with eleven other winning writers and twelve winning artists at the Taglyan Complex in Hollywood, California on April 28th. His story, "Under My Cypresses," is illustrated by Helen Yi of Sarasota, Florida who is herself a winner of the Illustrators of the Future Contest. The story and illustration along with the other writers' and illustrators' stories and art are published in the international bestselling anthology, L. Ron Hubbard Presents Writers of the Future Volume 39 which was officially released on May 16th. Jason Palmatier is a stay at home dad who lives in central Pennsylvania with his wife and three sons. A former software developer, he now writes speculative fiction and has been fortunate enough to work on screenplays (the short film \u201cThe Hunter\u201d), independent comics (Lords of the Cosmos, Ugli Studios), graphic novels (Plague, Markosia Enterprises Ltd.), short story anthologies (from Zombies Need Brains, LLC.) and full length books.
