Mamas have a lot more in common than most people realize: we all love a good trip to the grocery store alone; we all have to scrub crayon off our walls at one time or another; and we all love our children fiercely. In this episode Kisa and Renee narrow in on their common experiences that come when parenting Black sons in America. Parenting Black sons involves sleepless nights, overwhelming frustration, and leaning on one another. We will examine the history that brought us to today\u2014the history that often labeled Black men and women as criminals before they even had a chance.
