Cops chasing serial killers.
In Citizen X, the Soviet government is not very helpful in finding the nation's first serial killer. It could be one of HBO's best. Then it's off to Korea to catch another (somewhat less methodical) killer in the Gangster, the Cop and the Devil. The good guys and bad guys team up, and yup you guessed it, the lines get blurred. Luckily for us, Ma Dong-seok punches the hell out of everyone.
