Born and raised in Miami Florida to Afro-Cuban and Puerto Rican parents, Victoria regards her Latin and diverse upbringing as her primary influence towards her musical career.\n\nGrowing up in a Christian household, Victoria spent a lot of time in the church as her father is a Minister.
