Interview with Firefighter and Author @BlaizeNolynne!

By the end of 2009 Blaize had already begun working on a more adult audience for her books.\xa0\xa0She began with a book she originally titled \u2018Fire\u2019 on her computer.\xa0\xa0She eventually self published it under the title \u2018District One Stand By: The Captain\u2019s Last year\u2019 in which was published in 2010.\xa0\xa0By April of that same year, her book had been picked up by a publishing house and she was no longer a self published author.\xa0\xa0The name changed to \u2018Firefighter Down, District One\u2019.\xa0\xa0By September the book hit the top 100,000 chart on both\xa0Amazon.com\xa0and Barnes and Noble.\xa0\xa0\xa0By then she was getting interviews with people such as Jo Lindell, The Mudge Report, Benjamin Wallace, The Sasha Marina Show, Morgen Bailey , Clancy Tucker, as well as the \u2018Mirror Report\u2019 in the Sun Journal from Lewiston, Maine as well as many others..\xa0\n\n\u201cDistrict One Stand By:\u2019 series is based upon my hometown, Standish, Maine.\xa0\xa0\u2018The Captain\u2019s Last Year, One Year to Live: Fighting the Flame and Cancer\u2019 is based in Maine as well.\xa0\xa0There is something special about Maine that brings out my inspiration to write.\u201d She admitted.Blaize Nolynne books are available everywhere books are sold and including large distributors such as Ingram, Baker and Taylor, ect.\xa0\n\n\xa0\n\nProceeds of her book :\xa0\xa0\u2018The Captain's Last Year: One Year to Live, Fighting the Flame and Cancer\xa0\u2018 she is donating not just to cancer research, but to also help a local Maine Fire Chief, Jeff Douglass of Baldwin, Maine who is struggling with terminal cancer.\xa0\xa0She is putting part of the proceeds for his treatments.
