There continues to be much stress and uncertainty even after six months of Covid entering our lives and our lexicon. We are still in collective trauma and, for many, individual pain, depression, and or anxiety. In this episode I offer steps that have worked for me and others to find empowerment where we can and "letting go and letting God" where we can't.\xa0 \xa0
