About Bishop Joseph Walker:
Bishop Joseph Warren Walker, III, is the senior leader of the historic Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Nashville, Tennessee. He holds a Bachelors degree, a Master's of Divinity, and a Doctor of Divinity degree, in addition to three honorary Doctorates. Dr. Walker currently serves on the Board of Directors for Meharry Medical College and Citizens Savings Bank & Trust.
He is also a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and the Kappa Kappa Psi Band Fraternity. He is married to Dr. Stephanie Hale, and they have two children - Jovanni and Joseph IV.
Dr. Walker is a best-selling author of twelve books. Restored at the Root, his latest piece, shows you how to deal with life issues not just from a spiritual perspective but from a practical landscape.
