Ep. 9 Surrendering to Emotions and Being Reborn

Published: Oct. 6, 2022, 1:34 a.m.

This week, I’m interviewing one of my coaching clients, Emily, about her journey on a 3-month coaching container with me that’s now coming to an end. Emily first chose to work with me when she was post-partum with her third child and felt she was dragging baggage around from the past that she was ready to surrender.

In this episode, we get real about Emily’s deepest emotions, desires, and shadows that she had been avoiding bringing into the light before working with me. We talk about opening up about sexual fantasies, grieving the lost relationship with her mother and the rage surrounding it, cutting ties with people who no longer served a purpose in her life, and what’s in store for her future.

If you want to reach into the depths with us and share in Emily’s emotional journey, you don’t want to miss this episode.
