To those two people that recognized, yes I did not do a Fun Fact Friday yesterday. I owe myself and everyone two fun facts next Friday but today I wanted to talk about my love of health research in recent years. I have enjoyed learning so much about diet, nutrition, and how they are so important in determining your likelihood in living a long and healthy life, but there is something else that comes up a lot in the research and that I am bad at doing and that is having an active lifestyle.
