Ok so I was trying to come up with a name that isn't so click baity but recently I strayed away from a diet I used to do called intermittent Fasting. But I learned yesterday that my younger brother, who is now living with me, used to intermittent fast as well. So we agreed to get back into it, and I want to share with you why I enjoy it.
