Tech companies based in Europe are faced with challenges. With a heavy emphasis on regulation and lack of funding, the EU should place higher priority on incentivizing talent and startup growth. In order for Europe to gain notoriety as an innovative ecosystem, the tech industry should improve recruitment and tackle diversity issues.
