We must find a practice that brings us from anger, humiliation, frustration, blame and attack to praise for what we are able to do with our body, heart and love. As we find a way for our love to grow and our stability to process we find a way to hold our innermost core in a place of peaceful calm.

Where is the gratitude in your life and how are you able to source it when there is nothing to be grateful for and everything to be angry about? When the hurt surmounts the peace? When the pain is too overwhelming to bear and there is no one but you?
