Mindset.... Energy.... how are you managing them?

I talk to a lot of people & hear a range of emotions from anxiety or anx to stress, to a sense of being overwhelmed, being nervous, scared, fear, even positivity, and a sense of humor \n\nBut the one thing that I consistently hear is the anxiety & stress of not knowing and dealing with uncertainty of an illness we have never faced before....
