Hey there! In this week\u2019s episode, after bringing you up to speed on my life and chatting about my recent favourites, I talk about feeling the obligation to be perfect. To begin, I explain the influences media and toxic positivity bring, accompanied with real life cases. Afterward, I list some solutions which have been convenient for me, and emphasise the importance of truly believing them. To continue, I clarify that everybody is at a different stage in their life, and how that should lead us away from comparison. I wrap off with three specific points to take away from this episode.
