The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This program is constructed to exclusively explore problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have figured out the optimal process to avoid problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual problems we often experience under Racist working conditions should be first to call in and share details. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear counter-racist labor techniques from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
