The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically designed for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have come across the best way to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous difficulties we normally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should be certain to call in and share details.
