The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 07/21/16

Published: July 21, 2016, 8:01 p.m.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically designed for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have come across the best way to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous difficulties we normally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should be certain to call in and share details. Victims of Racism who are "self-employed" are encouraged to reveal their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We'll hear suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment. We'll continue to ask that non-white listeners share important portions of the rules and regulations from your current place of employment. The police shootings in Dallas, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana have added an additional toxic element to many work environments. We'll explore strategies on how to respond to current events and the political discourse regarding the presidential election. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
