The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 04/27/17

Published: April 27, 2017, 8:01 p.m.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The reason for this broadcast is to refine non-white people's problem-solving abilities and to fortify how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've discovered the best method to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other racial hostility we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to call in with specifics. We always welcome the experiences of black folks who are "self-employed;" please, let us know how being a black entrepreneur changes your work experience with Whites. We'll hear counter-racist techniques from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus suggests Victims of Racism record important workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace incidents is more trustworthy than memory, and the act of writing can help clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share vital segments of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
