Dr. Frances Cress Welsing makes her 29th visit to The Context of White Supremacy. The 3rd generation physician, author, and psychiatrists was last with us the day after the Charleston, South Carolina massacre. In June, Dr. Welsing insisted that Dylann Roof was on a White Supremacist mission at Emanuel A.M.E. church. It's been nearly 60 days since the killings, and Dr. Welsing submits that just like the summer of 2015, this tragedy has receded abruptly. Racists have redirected our focus to allegations against Bill Cosby and the latest Donald Trump performance. Many black people have admitted to feeling depressed, overwhelmed and unable to cope with avalanche of abuses targeting black people. Dr. Welsing insists that #BlackSelfRespect produces the courage needed to remain steadfast, dedicated to scientific opposition to Racism.
