The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Over the years, Gus often reminds non-white people that Racists are often unconcerned with our workplace efficiency, competence, or value to the company. The "best" black worker is still on a plantation, and still classified as a "niggra." This week television and film mogul Shonda Rhimes reported her exit from ABC network where she produced years of acclaimed television content and made Whites at the network billions. Even so, they were reluctant to compensate Rhimes for her historic accomplishments and got tacky and cheap about a $150 Disney World pass. We'll continue to discuss how the rona is impacting our work environment and counter-racist codes on the job. A New York Times report suggested that a number of White people are reporting loneliness and isolation after months of social distancing and remote work. They suggest hanging out at the water cooler and sharing a drink with co-workers can be important for mental health. #BlackSelfRespect INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE 564943#
