For Keith Kornell writing, reaching people, and entertaining them have always been passions. As early as the eighth grade he wrote a short story for the school paper using only dialog that became a hit school-wide with both students and teachers. The story made them laugh, poked fun at them satirically, yet everyone knew it was based on things that were real. When his English teacher gave him some simple word of encouragement, "You may have some talent," he was hooked.

Years later, award winning Super Born, his third novel and first with Harper Landmark Books, continues in that vein with humor, satire, and a surprising reality for the book's Sci-Fi background.

Mr. Kornell was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. If that alone were not exciting enough, he is currently a member of GLAWS, the Greater Los Angles Writers Society and the author of a children's book he made with his six year old son as the illustrator, The Big Big Game.
