Before a podcast was a \u201cpodcast,\u201d it was\u2026 well, it wasn\u2019t really much of anything. It was in 2004, though, that many of the earliest names in on-demand audio began to smush \u201ciPod\u201d and \u201cbroadcast\u201d into the word we\u2019ve come to know as the way we all download and listen to shows now.
