Most people have experienced feeling anxious at some point in their lives, whether it was from taking a test, trying something new, or making a big decision. Anxiety is a feeling of unease, worry, fear, or dread but not everyone gets anxious about the same things or experiences it in the same way. Why? In this episode of Get Big Out Loud we are talking all about anxiety. We ll explore the different ways we experience anxiety, ideas for how to manage it, and ways we can actually use anxiety to help us grow.
