Often times women go through some deep-rooted past hurts that go unresolved. We will attempt to bury them unaware that we are causing them to take root and grow. Domestic violence goes deeper than one act of violence.

Roni showed that there is healing in sharing your story as it helps you to get to the root of your personal tie with certain types of people. She shared her own experience with a sugar daddy and shouted the importance of getting a life coach. Another heartfelt message shared in this episode is that the lives of other people are being impacted by you being inactive. As you figure out that you want more in life it becomes the catalyst for you to change and grow.
