LeMay\xa0completed his first year at West Texas A&M after one season as the wide receiver coach at Notre Dame College.
At NDC, he coached a receiving core that recorded the fourth-best reception rating in the Mountain East Conference. Senior\xa0Marvelle\xa0Ross earned First Team\xa0All-MEAC\xa0and Second Team All-Region honors after finishing third in the conference in receiving yards with 998.\xa0
Prior to NDC, He spent time at the Shrine Bowl working as the offensive coordinator for the 7th\xa0grade team. He also worked at the\xa0Jameis\xa0Winston/Hardknocks\xa0Training Camp before starting his own skills camp, Arrow Quarterback Training.\xa0
He also spent as a season as the wide receivers coach at Jacksonville State, the team went 9-4 overall and 7-1 in Ohio Valley Conference play. He coached Josh Pearson and\xa0Jamari\xa0Hester, who combined for over 2,000 yards receiving and 28 touchdowns.\xa0
LeMay\xa0has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's degree in Sports Management from Jacksonville State.
