The new normal
Due to the over crowding of my usual trails I have now been obliged to run laps of my local playing fields.This morning I set out before 7:00AM to limit my exposure to the general early morning population.(mainly dog walkers) Lambrick Park is 500 yards from my bed, I am lucky to have it so close.(36:XX)
