Solo Saturday Longish Local Loop
Nice longish romp around my area.
Started with a trail summit of Mount Douglas and finished with a loop of the golf course. with my speed work 5K section along the Galloping Goose trail.
Actually saw many geese practicing their formation flying.
Ended up at Safeways for groceries, then a nice warm bus ride home.
