Sen (short for Senar) was born in London to Turkish Cypriot parents although he had a Greek Cypriot great grandmother.
It was evident, from an early age, that Sen had a natural ability to act as well as write fascinating stories. This talent was recognized at school and Sen was encouraged to pursue this talent. Therefore, he embarked upon the journey to hone his acting and writing skills and with this in mind, he attended various drama schools and academies both abroad and in London to get a better understanding of his craft..
Sen is also a keen sportsman and loves playing golf. He represented his school and county at football, cricket and athletics.
As a footballer, he had trials at several well known clubs, including Chelsea, Reading and Orient. He signed for Southend United but then went on to play for Harpenden Town FC. Sen has a great thirst for knowledge and loves game shows. In fact Sen has been on the very popular TV quiz show "Tipping Point" hosted by Ben Shepherd. He was also a winner on "Blind Date", hosted by Cilla Black.
Sen Monro is also cousin to Tammer Hassan.
