Since 2012, Lucasfilm has had a Story Group employed to do....something. It has been quite the mystery what the 11 or so people that fall under this banner are in charged of and tasked with, to the point where even Story Group members themselves joke about fan misconceptions of what their job is. So we wanted to have a discussion about it based on what we know, what we think we know, what fans think they do, what they think fans think they do, and why there isn’t much clarity on their role in the public eye.
