How To Beat Blue Monday

This is the time of year where we all take stock and ruefully review all the goals they set themselves and failed. Looking forwards to the New Year with renewed resolve we set new goals as resolutions yet research shows most of us have give up by the first two weeks coining the phrase Blue Monday. Goals along with political correctness are one of the disasters of Western Society. Why? Because they are illusionary needs and as such you chase them as if your life depends on it, so you suffer endless stress , sometimes giving up from fear if failure and if you succeed you often just have anticlimax then you need another goal. Topical talkology to the rescue. We explain the first thing is for us to be self aware and simply be ourselves. To help us do this we ask three simple questions at all times. Is this a need, is this a want, what is the bigger picture? Life is 99.9% the journey so that is what you have to enjoy. Set yourself realistic stages along your journey and always review your progress and how you feel. Enjoy the journey. We only get one.
