Better witches, better in relationships with friends and family members, better at work or at home, better in love, better to the self. I very rarely make statements about things ALL witches ought to do because each witchcraft practice is as unique as the witch. However, in the case of shadow work, I believe whole-heartedly that shadow work is a practice ALL witches should pursue in one way or another."
