b'Episode 70 Thomas Hegar

Fifty Year-Old Thomas Hegar was a hard working, and well-liked family man. For the last few years of his life, like many Americans, he battled addiction issues that he was trying to overcome. Sadly, before he was able to, he crossed paths with a mentally ill man who shot Thomas, and his friend Dustin to death in Oregon in March, 2017. The loss of Thomas has been tough on his family, and they are waiting for mental competency rulings in the case against his accused killer. That is standing in the way of Thomas\'s family trying to move forward. Thomas\'s sister, Cindy discusses Thomas\'s tragic death, and his family\'s road to justice.
