US Army Staff Sergeant Travis Mills was critically injured on his third tour of duty in Afghanistan by an IED (improvised explosive device) losing portions of both legs and both arms. He is one of only 5 quadruple amputees from the war in Iraq and Afghanistan to survive his injuries. He hasn’t just survived, he has thrived. His message... never quit, never give up. This is such an inspiring and uplifting story of grit and resilience and being of service to others.
