The Dead Daisies\xa0are an international rock band and musical collective formed when musicians\xa0Richard Fortus\xa0(Guns N' Roses), Dizzy Reed\xa0(Guns N' Roses),\xa0Marco Mendoza\xa0(Thin Lizzy),\xa0\xa0John Corabi\xa0(Motley Crue/Union),\xa0Jackie Barnes\xa0(Jimmy Barnes) got together to collaborate to form a classic\xa0straight-up rock act. \xa0In late Feb 2015, The Dead Daisies became the first western rock band to play Cuba since the Obama administration reopened trade ties\xa0and made history as part of a cultural exchange as guests of the Cuban Ministry of Culture.\xa0The Dead Daisies are currently supporting KISS on their Australian tour during Rocktober. We caught up with the band's bass player Marco Mendoza and lead vocalist John Corabi live in a Sydney hotel to chat about creativity, writing,\xa0collaboration,\xa0teamwork and getting in\xa0touch with yourself.
