Steve Armitage: 'Dear NZ, Love AKL,' Aucklanders need love in return

Aucklanders have been doing their bit for the rest of the country, now it's time to return the love.
Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development's new campaign ‘Dear NZ, Love Auckland’ hopes to draw the travel market towards the City of Sails.
Chief executive Steve Armitage says visitors are key to getting the city back up and running.
He says because Aucklanders have showed their love to the rest of the country, it's time some of that is returned.
“The campaign… Dear New Zealand, Love Auckland is certainly focused on that domestic audience and specifically visiting friends and family.”
