Immigration NZ is already facing criticism over speculation that appropriate migrant visa checks aren't being conducted, while migrant exploitation rates increase.\xa0\xa0 \xa0

Recruitment marketing agency Talent Propeller\u2019s Managing Director Sharon Davies told Mike Hosking that the programme is a mess, with smaller business unable to access it.\xa0

She says most don't even try to use it due to how long it takes, the costs, and the uncertainty around achieving accreditation. \xa0

Davies says the Government went ahead with the scheme to make money, without considering the implications on businesses.\xa0
