MP Shanan Halbert has been accused of bullying by several former staff, labelling him \u201cmanipulative\u201d, \u201cscheming\u201d, and \u201ca narcissist.\u201d\xa0

The allegations date back more than a year.\xa0

Political Commentator, Peter Dunne, told Mike Hosking that there doesn\u2019t seem to be any oversight of the relationships between MPs and their staff.\xa0

He said they\u2019ve been too much of a siloed management system.\xa0
