CEO Nick Leggett says if applied, these savings could increase the amount spent on delivery by between 2.3-billion and 4.7-billion-dollars a year, over the 2025-31 period. \xa0
He says planning, procurement, and people become more secure, and as a result the money saved can be reinvested.\xa0
