The Horticulture Department is estimating a 12% increase for this year\u2019s apple and pear crop in comparison to the 2022 total.\xa0
Cherries are also slated to have a great year, with some growers saying that they got what they hoped for, and in some cases slightly exceeded their hopes.\xa0
