Momentum is on Kamala Harris' side as the Democrats eat away at Donald Trump's lead in the polls.\xa0

Her campaign says they've raised more than\xa0NZ$330 million in the first week since Joe Biden's exit.\xa0

A new poll by the Wall Street Journal also found Harris has erased Trump's six-point lead to just two points.\xa0

US Correspondent Mitch McCann told Mike Hosking the Democrats say that 60% of the funds were raised from first time donors.\xa0

He said there\u2019s been different groups gathering on Zoom to fundraise, Black Women for Kamala, Black Men, South Asian-Americans, and last night saw 60,000 \u2018White Dudes for Harris\u2019 raise $4 million to prove that Donald Trump doesn\u2019t own the votes of white men.\xa0
