According to global realtor and research firm Knight Frank, it's among the top three most expensive cities to rent in. \xa0

The price for prime property has risen 6%\xa0in the six months to September, second to Sydney and Singapore. \xa0

Aspire Property Management Managing Director Mike Atkinson told Mike Hosking that migrant arrivals continue to push prices. \xa0

He says properties are still renting after about a fortnight on the market, even with raised prices, so rents will probably continue to go higher.\xa0
