A zoning issue that limits how much financial support Queenstown residents get for accommodation is being looked at by the Government.\xa0
An out-of-date map of the town from 1992 is still being used to determine the accommodation supplement.\xa0
The suburbs of Frankton, Shotover Country, and Lake Hayes Estate are classed as rural despite the rapid urban growth in those areas.\xa0
Social Development Minister Louise Upston told Mike Hosking that increasing rents are a challenge across the country.\xa0
She says any changes to accommodation supplement boundaries must be financially sustainable.\xa0
