Kirk Hope: Business NZ experts slow recovery after Alert Level 3 in Auckland

One busy day won't make up for the impact of a week-long lockdown for Auckland businesses.
Tens of thousands of Aucklanders took advantage of Alert Level Three easing yesterday morning - flocking to shops, malls and cafes.
But Business NZ chief executive Kirk Hope told Mike Hosking businesses are still doing it tough.
"There are some challenges, and it's going to take a while for the economy, particularly in Auckland, to rebound after a very stop-start start to the year."
