New Zealand could be back out of recession this morning.\xa0
The latest GDP figures for the second quarter of this year \u2014due out this morning\u2014 are expected to show New Zealand's economy is growing once again.\xa0
Spending on goods remains weak, and the economy isn't growing on a per capita basis.\xa0
But Westpac's Chief Economist, Kelly Eckhold, told Mike Hosking that it\u2019s better to focus on the annual rate of growth, which is forecast to be 1.5% for the year.\xa0
She said that 0.8% growth in this quarter is a bounce back from a very weak first quarter.\xa0
