Chief Justice Dame Helen Winkelmann has released her latest briefing to Attorney-General Judith Collins. \xa0
It includes the need to raise the cap on the number of senior court judges and under-funding resulting in mouldy and leaky courtrooms. \xa0
It also mentions the district court backlog and legal aid problems.\xa0\xa0 \xa0
Association vice-president Julie-Anne Kincade told Mike Hosking that lifting the cap would help.\xa0
She says they also need courtrooms and people to staff them, so there has to be change across the board.\xa0
