The eastern Southland hotel has been a beloved institution for more than a century, celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2018.\xa0

Waikaka Hotel Enhancement Company Director Jason Cleland told Mike Hosking that they're now looking for community support to sell shares in the pub.\xa0

He says it's an investment to keep the local watering hole open.\xa0
