The All Blacks will be home for Christmas, after Sanzaar and its partners agreed to split a double header into two.
The move's been helped by the impending border re-opening to New Zealanders in New South Wales.
The December 12 game against the Wallabies has been switched to October 31, ensuring they can leave quarantine in time to open their presents.
New Zealand Rugby chief executive Mark Robinson has probably has added a few names to his Christmas card list as a result, the Australian government, various premiers and Sanzaar boss and partners to name a few.
