At the same time, National MP David MacLeod has lost his Select Committee positions after he failed to declare almost $200 thousand in donations.\xa0

Constitutional law expert Graeme Edgeler told Mike Hosking that the commission \u2014and most likely the Police\u2014 will be investigating MacLeod.\xa0

Edgeler says the New Plymouth MP could be liable under the illegal practice charge for not taking enough care.\xa0
