Immediate changes to Accredited Employer Work Visa come into effect today to address migrant exploitation and unsustainable net migration.\xa0

Changes include an English language requirement for low skilled jobs and a minimum skills threshold.\xa0

An extra 20,000 people went on the job seeker benefit in 2023, while 52,000 very low skilled workers were brought into the country. Immigration Minister Erica Stanford tells Mike Hosking the numbers don\u2019t add up. \xa0
